Tips for Attendees
The volunteer team behind this event has been working hard to make it a worthwhile experience. Here is the schedule of events and a few tips.
The doors will open at 10 a.m. for the keynote / kick-off session. We expect to begin registering attendees prior as early as 9 a.m. There will be a separate table for pre-registered attendees and exhibitors. If you pre-registered, you should be able to stop by and quickly get your name checked off on the list. (Pre-registration is now closed).
We recommend business casual dress for the event.
If plan to take advantage of the WorkForce One resume review service, consider bringing a digital version of your resume on a USB drive (a portable storage device that can be plugged into a computer). WorkForce One staff will be working at laptops and may be able to help you rewrite or reorganize your resume on the spot. Of course, you should also bring a paper copy of your resume to hand to potential employers.
We will be handing out surveys that we would like you to complete and return. We are already talking about doing this event again next year and would really appreciate your feedback.
