Susan Leventhal

Susan Leventhal has been a career counselor/corporate outplacement consultant for the past 30 years in South Florida.

For the past eight years, Susan has been employed with the State of Florida’s, Agency for Workforce Innovation. She is the Regional Director of the Professional Placement Network (PPN), a job search assistance program throughout Broward County for unemployed and under-employed professionals. These services are offered at all three WorkForce One Employment Solutions one stop centers. Since June 2002, over 11,000 professionals have participated in the program with great placement success. The program model is currently being duplicated in over 11 regions throughout the State of Florida and other States nationwide.

Throughout her career, Susan has been a keynote speaker and a presenter at numerous local and state functions. She has received various local and national awards for her contribution in career development and has been honored by the community for her dedication in improving the quality of life for citizens of Broward County. Some of her awards and appointments include:

• Shining Star Award of Excellence
• National Ace Award for her television show, Career Talk
• Inducted into the Broward County Women’s Hall of Fame
